What is your name? Brent William Buchanan
Are you named after anyone? My Grandfather's name was William Buchanan, so yes, I was named after him.
Would you name a child of yours after you? I don't think so. I would want my son to have his own identity, to be his own man and not always be known my namesake.
If you were born a member of the opposite sex what would your name be? That's an interesting question, something I can honestly say I've ever thought of before. First strong, political woman to pop into my head, Hillary. I'd be named Hillary.
Are there any mispronunciations/typos that people do with your name constantly? No, for the most part people can usually pronounce and spell my name correctly, although there has been a few times where the "anan" has been mixed up. IE: "naan" or "anna."
If a movie was made about your life, what would it be called? "Hope For Tomorrow." It's cheesy, i know, but I really states what I'm all about. Making a better world for my generation. I want to change the world.. what's wrong with that? Oh, and does the fact that I want to be the first openly gay president matter?
Who would play you? I could see an older Brendan Routh aka Superman, playing me. He has the dark hair and eyes, thick eyebrows, haha... I don't know. Throw him in a suit set behind a desk in a replica of the oval office... I think it'd work.
If you were another person, would you be friends with you? Of course I would. I'm always there for my friends, if they need a shoulder to cry on, a shopping buddy, a ride home.. I'm there. I'm not perfect, I'm sure, but I try to be the best friend I can be.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? This is random, but I would want to be able to sing. I love to sing, but I know I'm not very good. I'd love to just be able to rock out in the car with friends and have to be like "damn.. you're good."
What is the fictional character you are most like? Oh gosh, that is a really hard question. I really have no idea. Maybe Buffy The Vampire Slayer? Haha. Okay, so hear me out. I'm trying to save the world from all the evil aka Republicans, all while dealing with being a teenager, and looking good.
What song best describes you? "It's My Life" by Bon Jovi. Not only is an amazing song, the message is outstanding. It's one of those songs that after I'm done listening to it, I just feel pumped and ready to take on anyone, and anything. I could totally see it being my campaign song at some point down the road!
What is your biggest pet peeve? Narrow minded people. Period.
Worst habit? Being overly passionate about things. I can become very.. uh enthusiastic, about topics, my tone of voice will become elevated and the conversation can get pretty heated.

Smoke? No. I can't stand smoking.
Drink? I've been known to have a few drinks now and again.
Lie? Anyone who sits here and says no is lying. Everyone has lied, sorry to say.
Steal? Nope, not even a pack of gum.

Believe in Aliens or ghosts? Haha... no.
Talk to people even though you hate them? Haven't we all? I try my best not to hold grudges, and while I may strongly dislike someone, I refuse to act as if they don't exist.
Laugh so hard that you make yourself cry? No, but I did laugh so hard that I almost peed my pants! key word: almost!
Go out of your way to befriend someone? I don't think there is such a thing as going out of your way to befriend someone.
Like to drive fast? Of course, who doesn't like a little speed.

5 unknown facts!
⇒ People know I'm a little OCD, but unless you've seen my closet, you don't know that everything is insanely organized. Grouped perfectly, and all hanging in a pretty little rainbow of fabrics, aka color coded. It's kind of crazy, but I never have a problem finding anything!
⇒ I would actually consider dating a republican. I wouldn't be easy, but I would hate to discriminate against someone based on their political views. Of course he would have to be really, really attractive, and .... well, really attractive.
⇒ I love to dance, even when I'm alone. There are times that I'll just put on some good club music, a Britney remix or something and just rock out in my bed room. A lot of the time, I'm in my underwear, dancing around like a nutcase, but it's so fun.
⇒ My parents told me I was gay before I came out to them. I was 15 and really confused about my sexuality, when over dinner they just came out and said "oh we know you're gay, it's okay. pass the salt" It was that simple, wonder if loving Mariah Carey tipped 'em off. Oh well!
⇒ People don't know that I have a small crush on Anderson Cooper. There's something about that just.. ungh, gets me going. Also doesn't hurt that he's rumored to be on my team!

If I could be any animal I would be... a golden retriever. Who doesn't love a golden, and all you really do is get attention, eat, sleep and play with a tennis ball.
If I could go back in time and change one thing... the assassination of JFK. I believe that if he would have lived, this country would be totally different, and much, much better.
If I could have any talent, I would want to be able to... as I stated above, I'd want to be able to sing my heart out!

My biggest hope is that... I'm sure you're expecting a political answer, but my biggest hope is that I fall in love, and have my happily ever after. ....... Eh, okay and that Obama wins.
